What is SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central?
It is SAP’s cloud-based core HR system. Companies use it to keep employee records, their organisation structure, job details, approval workflows and HR reports in one place.
Do I need SAP experience to join?
No. We start with the basics of SuccessFactors and core HR, then move step by step into configuration.
Do I need to know coding?
No. Employee Central configuration is done through the system’s settings and tools, not by writing code.
How long is the course, and when does it start?
It is 2 months of live training, followed by a free bonus month of placement support. A new batch starts every Monday.
Are the classes live or recorded?
Classes are live and online, led by me. You can ask questions during the session. You also get class recordings, so you can revise or catch up on a missed session.
Will I get hands-on practice in the system?
Yes. Most modules include a lab where you configure and test things in the system yourself.
What happens in the bonus placement month?
We help with resume optimization, interview preparation and job search guidance. We prepare you well, but we do not promise a job.
