What is SAP SuccessFactors?
It is SAP’s cloud HR software. Companies use its modules for core HR, payroll, hiring, onboarding, learning, performance and HR analytics.
Which module should I start with?
Most beginners start with Employee Central, because it holds the core employee data that other modules use. If you already work in payroll, hiring or training, a related module may suit you better. We’ll help you decide in a free demo.
Do I need SAP experience or coding skills?
No. Each course starts with the basics, and SuccessFactors configuration does not need coding.
Can I take more than one module?
Yes. Many learners combine modules, for example Employee Central with Payroll or Onboarding. Ask us which order suits your goal.
How long is the course, and when does it start?
It is 2 months of live training, followed by a free bonus month of placement support. A new batch starts every Monday.
Are the classes live or recorded?
Classes are live and online, led by me. You also get class recordings, so you can revise or catch up on a missed session.
What happens in the bonus placement month?
We help with resume optimization, interview preparation and job search guidance. We prepare you well, but we do not promise a job.
