What is SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding?
It is the SuccessFactors module that helps companies bring new hires into the organisation, with digital forms, documents, tasks and collaboration between the new hire, manager and HR.
Which version of Onboarding do you teach?
We teach Onboarding 2.0, the current version, which works closely with Employee Central.
Do I need SAP experience?
No. We start with the basics. Knowing Employee Central or Recruiting helps, and we explain the parts you need.
Is offboarding covered?
Yes, we give an overview of crossboarding (internal transfers) and offboarding (exits).
How long is the course, and when does it start?
It is 2 months of live training, followed by a free bonus month of placement support. A new batch starts every Monday.
Are the classes live or recorded?
Classes are live and online, led by me. You also get class recordings, so you can revise or catch up on a missed session.
What happens in the bonus placement month?
We help with resume optimization, interview preparation and job search guidance. We prepare you well, but we do not promise a job.
