What is SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting?
It is the SuccessFactors module for hiring: job requisitions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and the hand-off to onboarding.
Do I need SAP experience?
No. We start with the basics of recruiting and the system, then move into configuration.
I've heard SAP now has SmartRecruiters. Is this course still useful?
Yes. SAP has said it will honour existing SuccessFactors Recruiting contracts and customers are not required to move. We also run a separate SmartRecruiters course if you want to learn both.
Will I get hands-on practice?
Yes. You configure requisition templates, application workflows, offer approvals and job posting in lab exercises.
How long is the course, and when does it start?
It is 2 months of live training, followed by a free bonus month of placement support. A new batch starts every Monday.
Are the classes live or recorded?
Classes are live and online, led by me. You also get class recordings, so you can revise or catch up on a missed session.
What happens in the bonus placement month?
We help with resume optimization, interview preparation and job search guidance. We prepare you well, but we do not promise a job.
